Digital Cancer Prevention

The "Digital Cancer Prevention" working group at the National Cancer Prevention Center is developing digital solutions to improve cancer prevention. The focus is on a web app for cancer risk prediction that analyzes individual cancer risks and provides evidence-based prevention recommendations.

The "Digital Cancer Prevention" working group is currently developing and testing this web app in close collaboration with experts to ensure that the app is not only accurate but also user-friendly

The app creates individual risk profiles in order to provide targeted prevention recommendations on this basis. The aim is to inform people at an early stage about personal risk factors - including lifestyle, environmental conditions and, in future, genetic disposition - and thus effectively support preventive measures.

Through its research, the working group is making an important contribution to bringing cancer prevention into the digital age and making it accessible to as many people as possible.
